@INGRIDMARE,
I was on the Samsung site and there seems to be some type of problem when users use this "smart switch"
After resting the phone they report that all is stable.
It could be your problem to TomTom NDS.
As I do not have a Samsung phone I am unable to test this out.
But look into it......
