I don't undertand either, this is Mod version, all maps are final, not trial. Are you talking about "Staging endpoint for map update"?

I downloaded the TT map only Google translates badly!
The point is if the map of Belgium is included then there is truck mode if only Hungary or Austria then there is no truck mode.

I did exactly the same. New install, download only the belgian map,and the result was no veicule atributes (truck).

For those users having problems of missing items. aka "My Vehicle"

Install TomTom NDS MOD but do not start it yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to the app in settings and give it all the permissions first........
Then restart the phone.
Then start TomTom NDS MOD

First download your country and a country next to you. (at least 2 maps min)
Just do no download one country like Belgium that does not work.
Your country and one other and any other maps it wants to download. (example ferry crossing sometimes it pops up to be installed.
Install that too.

Then go over all your setting the "My Vehicle" might not be there yet.

After completing all your setting and I mean all.
Close TomTom NDS MOD and your phone down.
The restart and turn on TomTom NDS MOD again....

You will now see "My Vehicle"

You should be back to normal.
I did this test on an old Hauwei P8 lite Android 6 phone and it worked the first time.

Do not cut corners and try something different.
Do not try and install the original TomTom NDS first forget about it.

If you do not understand these instructions then read it again and again till you understand what to do.

I did another way, exactly like Lezli said (THANKS) before your post:
I uninstalled everything, installed again, downloaded the asked map. Gone to settings/maps/ and activated the "Staging endpoint for map update" option. The app ask to restart. Done. At restart, there isn't any map, i downloaded Belgium map (maybe it works with others, i don't know for sure), restarted, the option "My vehicle" magically appeared. I downloaded all Europe maps, restarted again, the option was still there. Than i made all the necessary settings:

It is possible that the full application (truck mode) does not work in my country because the original application is not available in the Google Play store either.

Just that Belgium comes with a map of your own car menu, without it you don�t. But maybe it works with other Western European countries, I didn't just try Belgium ...

My last comment on this topic: Great Britain has its own car menu with map, Germany has no map.

The reason it is not here in Europe is that it was made for the South American market.
It was setup to work with Toyota cars using SmartDeviceLink (SDL) technology.
This app is free for that market.
It has been patched to give you extra items.

I have posted this info many times here.

I have tested the TomTom NDS MOD with most of Western Europe with no problems at all.

Again I do not know why you removed something that was working?????

I had everything good even after updating the map until I uninstalled the app.

You might need to reset your phone and remove everything and start over again.
But there could also be other things wrong with your phone as to why you can not get it to work again.

It was working at one time with your country till you screwed with it.

"my vehicle"
only depends on the map update!
In the past, I still needed Luxembourg in Germany to have my vehicle reported.
I have allowed interim updates (beta) for the cards in the settings. According to the latest update, Germany also works alone.
I don't need a second country for this.

What ever works for a user is fine.
What I pointed out does not use any Beta maps.

It is up to the user how many maps one needs. (if you are using a car it makes no difference if you are missing "my vehicle")
If you spend your time in only one country that is fine too.
There are lots of users who need to cross into different countries for their work.
If they need Truck info then that is important to them.....

But it is very clear here that some users not all run into problems without having to use beta maps.
I myself will not use any Beta maps or apps.

For what ever reason:
Be it they screwed up by removing a working app.
Installed the Original app and tried to reinstall the MOD one after that.

I know from the past a lot of users do not watch what they are doing.
They try to move folders or maps.
Can not find where all the files are stored because they are hidden and need to root their phone if they want to see folders.
They install lots of different apps and then question why they are running into problems.
Never trouble shooting what the cause of these problems could be.
Some do not even know the differences between the 3 TomTom GPS apps.
Then there are users having problems with Android 11 (some so please do not post you have it working on A-11)

Like I said "Murphy's law" plays a big factor here.
