It is possible that the full application (truck mode) does not work in my country because the original application is not available in the Google Play store either.

Just that Belgium comes with a map of your own car menu, without it you don’t. But maybe it works with other Western European countries, I didn't just try Belgium ...
My last comment on this topic: Great Britain has its own car menu with map, Germany has no map.
