Just checked and all is working on Belgium area.

Spoiler: Road works for over 3 months always show

I have driven to Germany many times and from time to time the traffic info does fall out.
But it does come back.
In fact Germany is one of the best when it comes to traffic reporting and road construction problems.

A note:

The info comes from each country and when TomTom does not show this info it is not the app but the country sending out this info that has some type of problem.

Hey guys,
wanted just ping back to you.

Tried today without any changes, everything works fine again.
TomTom show me the work constructions and static speed cams.

I will observe this behavior.

After the big map update, there was more feedback that the Vehicle Setup menu item was missing.

That's right, and right now there's no way to get it back.
I would be surprised if "they" did nothing about it.

Vehicle setup is gone here...or I cannot find it anymore ?

If you have it setup for (car) it is under:

Spoiler: (car)

Tape on the (car) and it will list all the types of Vehicles

With (car) as an example it could be something else depending how you setup TomTom NDS Mod

Please note some user's are still using the original TomTom NDS and there is no vehicle setup......

I have had no problems with map updates at all.......
