I’ve tried with multiple languages, and I have to admit it works.
Did you restart the app after enabling the option?
1.Select the EL language in the phone settings.
2. Install [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and select it as default TTS engine
3.Select EL language for TTS voice in Vocalizer and in android settings
4. In the TomTom application, enable the TTS voice platform option
5. Restart the application and select EL voice in TomTom sound settings
