Tablet, Android Lollipop 5.0.2 ( Intel processor) . This one I just did a factoryreset.
Both about two years old.
I send an email to TomTom support about problems installing TomTom Go latest version and they are responding fast and working on it, they say.
Could not mention NDS of course because, as I said, it's not in Google Play here but I think both uses the same engine because
during installation they freezes exact on the same points.

In regards to Routing here are some of the settings in TomTom MOD that need to be checked.

Without users posting screen shots of how they have TomTom Mod setup for routing it is hard to understand the problems you say you have.....

We need to put the Intel processor problems to rest.

It can not be any clearer about Intel processor on Smartphones , Tablets and Head Units they do not work.
That goes for any TomTom GPS app.

Replace the whole two years old unit because TomTom does not work ? Don't think so.
I simply use another nav app, all nav apps I tried work, stay with iGO Nextgen, TT new versions are the only ones that does not work, as
second I go back to the old TT Go version, does what it has to do.

It's good to know that. All you have to do is hope that TomTom will solve the problem of installing on Intel base devices.

The Last apk of Sygic that I am testing is working with Android auto.
I hope that tt nds think in similar idea.

Could anyone explain me the function Online routing. How does it work?
I found this on manual:
Online Routing – Calculate routes online for faster and more precise results.
Also I read Boki's post that for trucks you need to have it on for right routing.
I thought routing depends only on the map which is offline in the mobile.
