    And a Google account too....
    Thank you for your answer
I'm using the right obb versions each time. I have no external sd so tomtom obs folder in in /sdcard/Android/obb
I have this issue with all NDS versions but it can work for several weeks without issues... I tried many things : wipe app cache, force stop app, wipe data & put back the obb, wipe dalvik cache, no background running mode in tomtom parameters but I can't find the problem workaround
so it's really a device specific problem
    still investigating

Due to the incompatibility of the new .apk with certain phone models, I was forced to rollback to .xapk file format.

The new version will be posted tomorrow by @Boki_Srb

    @bigbunny0
A man on another forum wrote the following:
"If the obb file has disappeared, it means that the phone has deleted it, it has nothing to do with TT.
I also have Samsung, Huawei and Xiaomi and I saw that the last two are very aggressive in limiting background
processes and deleting files that they consider a potential threat to the device. My advice is in addition to the visible settings
of the phone to activate the developer's options and to browse what other options you have there as well.
I did so and now my Xiaomi when it does its automatic optimization no longer deletes my files that I do not want delete."

I don’t have Huawei and Xiaomi phones, but I would definitely try this

    Default 16.07.

Added proper file link in OP. Atatched xapk installer

Observations, as far as the NDS itself is concerned, although TT did not provide a complete changelog
    - new navi app is significantly "heavier"
    - now a lot more POIs with the corresponding brand are visible
    - there are more colors to show the roads and in general ...

    Addenum
    Spoiler: XAPK install

If you assign an association in the Android system itself, then you can run xapk from any file manager.
Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

There is a switch "Route import/export"

When activated, i can export route to .gpx or share route,
but i can not see where to import a route.

IMPORT is only in the name. For now, the only way is with TomTom MyDrive Route planner.

Just have to try this new "modded" apk
Must say it corresponds well to that description.
So thank you so much >david0vich< for the apk, and <Boki_Srb> for the great guidance, and uploads.
And not to forget <saomaohao> for his great help
Have a Samsung S8, and it run without any issues

For those using 'XAPK Installer.apk' to install this new version, you may need to drop the NDS XAPK file onto your phone's internal memory to get it recognised by xapk installer.
I installed over old version successfully and will try it on the road tomorrow.

I don't use an SDCard in my phone, but I would try with the scan SDCard option.

Yes I found that option but it did not find the file when on the sd card, the phone is a Galaxy Note 4, as soon as I put the file in the internal memory it picked it up straight away.
