Yep for the third time, every week a new update.
Source:When switching to NDS, weekly incremental map updates will become available to the end-user for specific attributes (like speed limits and direction of traffic flow). Those become available through the Navigation application.

I doubt that 15464 refers to a map version as we understand that term. No system-wide value will be generally valid when different installed maps may have updates accepted at different times.
