    Regarding post #17:
    I have an Android 9 Head unit with a dedicated SD card slot for the GPS apps. I was able to successfully install v1.18.01_2169 (Patched by DFoX) using the instructions, and successfully downloaded the maps I needed (here in the US). However, the maps downloaded to the internal memory. I have read all 10 pages of this thread, and see there is conflicting info about storing maps to SD card (mostly due to Android 11). I have two simple questions

    1- After getting to the step of installing the patched apk, but before downloading maps - are you saying we need to go into the TT settings to assign the SD card as the map storage? (I do not see this setting). Or did you mean the Android/App settings?
    2- If #1 is not the solution, can I just move the maps folder from the Internal storage to SD storage? (does it need to be a specific SD folder directory)

    Other than my 2 questions, this TT version seems to be working correctly. As you know, most head units have limited internal storage and will not be able to accommodate large map files. That is why they include a dedicated SD card slot for the GPS apps (or to at least store the large map files).

    Thanks,
    ggee

    @MGarner,

    Some user's get it to work correctly.

    Most have one problem or another.

    You will have to do some testing to see if everything works the way it should.

    Tomtom Go Navigation and Traffic v1.18.1 Build 2169 [Patched]

    Has anyone noticed this fact?

    Installation was ok, everything goes well. During a longer km raid around Slovakia I noticed one fact.
    It does me only one section from PP to RK. The phone in terms of gps tested with other gps and it's okay.
    The cursor, respectively. position is correct, speed shows right. At the present day, the speed jumps to 169km / h, it does it twice and back. Normally at a speed of about 135km / h. Only on the current leg, nowhere else. Other gps no problem.
    The same problem with version NDS 1.7 with gps and speed as data, only there is a problem with focus.
    Could it be a problem with Tomtom or oxygen 10.01, android 10?

    iGo Nextgen + Sygic GPS navigation 18.4.2 without problems

    Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

    Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

    @yavuz1966,

    It comes with speed cameras but you have to have a route and be online.

    You can not add speed cameras and see them on the screen.

    That does not work.

    Please spend some time over at the TomTom Forum this has been talked about so many times.

    Spoiler: POI's and OV2 on the screen
