@asprin624
The go app has permission for everything, but no contacts to see
@dvdb,
Check your app settings on your phone.
Go to the Go app
Then check Permissions
Spoiler: How TO
But when you installed the app it will ask you for permission to access the contacts before you can complete the install.......

@asprin624
The go app has permission for everything, but no contacts to see
hit search, hit contacts
what happens if you type the first letter of the contact you're looking for , do you see the name, if yes than you can add the adress

Nothing happens ( motorola One android 9)
There will be: no contacts found
@dvdb,
Well how about posting some screen shots of what you are doing?
No one has ever post problems with not see their contacts.
You can even try going to your contacts and click on any one of the them.
Tap on the address you have for that contact and it will then ask what GPS app to use.
See screen shot:
Spoiler: Contact to TomTomGO
If that does not work you have some wrong.
Could be TomTomGo need to be reinstalled over again or there is a problem with your contacts.
But do not just post one liners.
You need to post details details of what you are doing or not doing.

Did not have a problem on my previous mobile. On my new mobile only problems with tt go. I also installed copilot and have no problem with that. Can also contact my contacts directly with copilot. Have already deleted and reinstalled tt go but makes no difference.
I have given you all the help and you have not done any of the tips.
You have not be over to the TomTom forum and posted your problem. (I checked)
Have you downloaded the manual and read it???
You have not tried accessing your contacts directly as I have pointed out to see if it will open TomTomGo
Nor have you posted any screen shots as to what you are doing or not doing.
If you say you have done a new install of TomTomGo one of the first things it will ask you for is access to your contacts.
There is no more I can do for you.
Have a nice day.......
Too bad you react like that. I have done all the tips you gave me and I have read the manual completely. I also checked the settings completely on my old mobile and fully adapted to my new mobile. Everything is well set. Have no problems with sygic and copilot but with tt go.
You have a nice day too
