    Hi British,

I've tried to download Turkey maps but it stops everytime @%31 and there is a message: "Download paused. download will continue when your device is connected to a network."

I tried with different connections and i think its not a connection issue. Please help me.

(My phone is stock lollipop and not rooted).
    I have the same problem.

On my old ASUS MeMO Pad 7 ME176C tablet TomTom Go maps downloads fine.

Now I bought a new Archos Helium 70b tablet, installed the TomTom Go app form Google Play Store but when I try to download the Benelux map it pauzes at 13 %.
It was the first app I installed after I got the new tablet.
Tried many times, every time the same error, it pauzes and nothing happens anymore, looks like WIFI stopped working but it is not.
The only thing I can do is close the app.
I have a very fast WIFI but also tried at another location, same result.
As I said, with the ASUS MeMO Pad 7 ME176C no problem.

I contacted TomTom support, they tried everything to help but no solution so far, they really did their very best !

Archos support adviced me to send the tablet back and I got a new one but again, download stops / pauzes at 13 %.
Also tried to download a smaller map ( Greece ) : download stops at 27 %.

Tried to install several other Nav apps to test ( Copilot, Navigon, Sygic ) maps download without problems on the Archos tablet.

The only difference I can think of is that the Archos tablet has Android 5.1 and the Asus has Android 5.0 but that should not be a problem so
it looks like there is something wrong with the TomTom Go app but I have no idea what.

There is enough memory for that map. Looks like the download is blocked after an amount of data, but why not with the other nav apps ?

The only reply I got from Archos is that they are not responsable for thirth party apps so they cannot help me further.
I wonder why they did not try to install the app, just to find out what's the problem ?
Maybe it has to d with the quality of the memory of the Archos tablet ( writing error ) ?
