I have an S4 mini with android 4.4.2. just a standard one...And thanks to your explanation I got it to finally to work after editing the metadatafile so it is suitable for 4.2.2. That was the final dot missing in your explanation. But I know why. Haha. Greetings from Holland.

SD ROOT / Android / Data / Com.tomtom.europe (empty folder) / Files <<<< here ALL Tomtom FILES FOLDER and Metadata.xml.

Practically the path must be this:

SD ROOT / Android / Data / Com.tomtom.europe / Files / Files
