Simple explanation: RSS feed includes frequently updated content only.
Unfortunately RSS doesn't show new posts but new threads only.
If in iGO Maps section new threads are not created (the latest is of 8 Dec. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] ) you wont get any new feed in that RSS.
I looked at other forums and it's the same, no new threads no new feeds.

Now it should show latest threads made in current month.
