Quick/cheap(free)/cheerful BUT file size restricted to 200Mb each I recommend Zippyshare.com (just use Jdownloader or similar for multiple file downloading)
For good/big file size (5Gb) I recommend filefactory.com but I'm sure we all have our personal favourites too
