i went to the link and downloaded the file. I had to download winRAR to extract the files, but when i did i just dragged them from winRAR into the C:\garmin which i opened from the start menu. I clicked on "All" and the north america 2009 was unlocked in about a minute....thanks alot guys....saves me $75!
