After all these procedures, I fully agree that it is a hardware error.
As this is a GPS that I got as a gift, I'll keep working on it to fix it, as I've already said, this is a challenge for me.
I'll take the memory out and if possible I'll test it completely on the bench.
I will only do this as a hobby.
If I make any progress, I'll post it here.
