-On WinCE 6 emulator I did : go to Garmin\Apps\WM then execute "Que.exe" manually
Same way what I did in WinCe 6 device, because with give path as MobileNavigator/MobileNavigator.exe has nothing happend (won't load)

Garmin needs a complete WinCE to function. However, this is not the case on most navigation systems. That is why it does not start.
By the way, it does not run on all emulators either. You were lucky.
