Thread: Searching for new version of updater.exe

Looking for a newer version of updater.exe (Old version v2.7 from 2004 year, some versions are named v2.8, but it is the same old)
This version is no longer working with Garmin Oregon 750, tested on two devices
It is possible that Oregon 750 has different memory mapping (more RAM).

In preboot mode in updater. The same version working with Oregon 650 without any problems, but no more working with Oregon 750

Why do you need Updater.exe ?

Why is WebUpdater.exe not suitable ?
Can the webapdater flash the Oregon 750 ?

Yes, the Garmin Updater.exe still works just fine with the Oregon 7x0 series when used responsibly and properly.
