If you mean BlueChart... use HomePort to open marine charts on your PC instead of BaseCamp.
I have Bluewater 5.5 and 9.5. I have them loaded on my computer and they both are unlocked for Mapsource. All my unlocked maps work in Mapsource. However, the two Bluewater versions fail to work in Basecamp. Does anyone know of a way to get Basecamp to use them. They show up in Map Product Manager as 4 unlock regions. If I right click on properties they show as Map product not installed.
Thanks

Give more details please of what you have installed in MS and how you have unlocked them in MS.
You have to navigate to get to the good.

Well, you are correct. Both maps work in Homeport. All the maps work in Homeport and Mapsource. Only the 2 Bluechart versions don't work in Basecamp. I have plenty of Garmin maps but the only ones I needed to unlock were Topo 2008, which I have a license for, and the two Bluecharts - which I got from a friend (CD's) but after Garmin stopped letting you unlock them. I have used both Keygen and GarminUnlocker to make sure all the maps are good to go. And in Mapsource and Home port they show up as unlockable and as below. I suppose I can go ahead and just use Homeport - forgot I had it - for my Bluechart uses or Mapsource and forget about BAsecamp. I was just wondering if there was a reason they would not show up in just that one program. If i still had keygen maybe I could unlock them in Basecamp but I can't find it and ervey download I have tried loads a virus or just doesn't work.

Recent Bluecharts come as .img and can be unlocked easily by [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] No virus in our forum
Every MS or Basecamp Map installation can be unlocked by [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
If antivirus gives you a warning, it's a false alarm. Old GU is obsolete now, forget it.
