1. Download RGN file from Garmin site.Originally Posted by newtop
2. Del Garmin signature and safe as GARMIN.bin
3. Change region (TW,SG,RU) in file if it is needed
4. Copy GARMIN.bin on SD in root directory
5. Insert SD in device and after connecting to approved 12V you can initialize update from menu
I do so. But it is depended of your model and regional version...
