Mapinstall is the maps install engine for Basecamp, it sends selected images to gps,
you can open it from Basecamp/Map tab/Install maps.
Mapinstall is installed along Basecamp installation.
Is there any special instuction on install MapInstall?
No, but you have to patch it if you like to send our .img to any drive (not only nuvi, for example to :C or else) Just replace the original .exe with the patched one in MI folder, or use pietu's files.
Do I need to uninstall MS first before installing MapInstall?
No, you can have MS +BC&MI installed in your pc.
