    Sorry, I don't know of such way. But it is an interesting task for the hackers.

    Just wondering what is the idea behind the question? I mean there are plenty of other free software available in internet for downloading satellite images, creating, downloading and uploading routes, tracks and waypoints etc. to garmin units that are much easier and reliable than basecamp. I can mention some if you wish.

    Agrinco,

    Yes, it is a very easy task to import Google Kmz files (from SAS) into basecamp. Once imported you can use them with other maps to plan routes, plot waypoints etc BUT you cannot export the KMZ files to any device (or SD card) - at least not that I can find !?

    So - only good for visualization on BC.
