from following pics, we can see Garmin displays size in decimal.

1.87GiB=2012.250112 MB
597MiB=626.884608 MB

then how comes the -863.6MB?
i think it may calulate by this way:
3.19GiB=3431.399424MB
4.00GiB=4*2^30B=4294.967296MB

4294.967296 - 3431.399424 = 863.567872 ~ 863.6

Yes please, I'm curious to test China map and Full CNEU too, because in our MPC CNEU doesn't work.

I agree it's 'special', maybe it's been hacked. cecial, would you be so good as to upload your Que.exe from your D:\GPS\Garmin_MobilePC_50070_Portable\GarminMobilePC folder? If you pack it first you can attach it here using 'Go Advanced' editor.

It seems it's not the GMPC version which is special, it's the map image. cecial's V5.00.70 can't see all EU which is over 3GiB, but can see China of a similar size. I can't explain it. Unless it's to do with the other 2 .exe files in the folder named cQue50070g_100225.exe and pcQue50070g_100225.exe which are the same size as, but differ in hex compare to the standard Que.exe also in his GMPC folder. That Que.exe is identical in hex compare to mine. Some screenshots with show detail map outlines enabled, maps OB are AU, CH & EU. EU is listed, but no detail map tiles are shown on the map screen for EU as seen in the first pic:
