As by title, according to you the better app is Here WeGo or Sygic, in terms of completeness and accuracy maps, features etc. ..?

What's your definition of "better?" WeGo* can only use HERE maps; while Sygic can use HERE, TomTom, OSM maps. Certain of versions of Sygic are stable and works great, while "newer" versions are problematic with every releases.
* I have not validate this but since WeGo is made by HERE, it probably doesn't have ability to use other map providersDo not PM me with questions. That's what a forum is for.

Sygic is continuously improving. The interface is good, new features are very useful. The new feature augmented reality is also great.
