Go to:
1 settings
2 Apps
3 Osmand+
4 Storage
5 change to SD card
6 Now open Osmand+
7 Osmand settings (Effective for the entire app)
8 Data storage folder
9 go to the end
10 Manually specified
11 Change
12 to /Android/media/net.osmand.plus/files
13 say yes and let it move all the files from /Android/data/net.osmand.plus/files to /Android/media/net.osmand.plus/files.
14 You now have full access to all the folders under "files"
It would be nice if all GPS app let you move the files so you have full access.......
