Hi,
Need some info about the package. The content of lic files are much more when compared to the earlier versions. In earlier versions the content will be some 4/6 lines. But in this package its like a page.
Did you get the package from a working device or from any link. If possible can you send only the lic files and also try to get the lic files from other device also.
