Android iGO problem with blank screen when giving directions.

I’m using a sat nav with Andriod iGO Basarsoft 9.6.29.390522 April 28 2014 2004-2014 NNGKft iGO Primo with Europe HERE 2019Q2 maps.

Every time the voice activates for directions the screen goes blank and then returns back to the map after spoken directions.

I have turned off the screen saver in iGO and its made no difference.

Anyone else had this problem and how can I get it to run properly or is this normal?
