    Default Android iGO problem with blank screen when giving directions.

    I�m using a sat nav with Andriod iGO Basarsoft 9.6.29.390522 April 28 2014 2004-2014 NNGKft iGO Primo with Europe HERE 2019Q2 maps.

    Every time the voice activates for directions the screen goes blank and then returns back to the map after spoken directions.

    I have turned off the screen saver in iGO and its made no difference.

    Anyone else had this problem and how can I get it to run properly or is this normal?

    Anyway, it looks like a problem with the graphics driver
    Unfortunately, Primo (especially that version) is old software
    Use NextGen...

    That's the best solution.
    As I suppose, it is probably same version that is installed in all Chinese navigation devices, and should be replaced with any of versions posted here.
    I would suggest Israel.

    Any Nextgen edition works with Android 4.0.3 + versions

    Yes, it works perfectly on all those Chinese devices, that almost (if not) all have Android 4.4.2
