Igo Primo, problem with history file

Hello everybody

I use for a while iGO primo on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 / 7 inches / SM-T230. I have rooted my Tab and she run without problem. I use iGO primo 9.6.29.596752 on the SD card with the great help of the community especially Wojpen [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

I have a problem now, when I plan a trip and live the software without reach the destination, no problem to leave but if I re-open iGO, the software block and a message appear "iGO has stopped"...

When I look in the folder
Ce PC\Dom Tab 7.1\Card\Android\data\com.nng.igoprimoisr2013march24.javaclient\files\iGO\save\profiles\01
there is a file history.sav who is create by the software but I think he is not normaly close and iGo could not open it again.
The solution I found is to delete this file and the software run again but it is not very clean...

Do you have an idea to manage this file without deleting him ?

How do you close the program? By exiting or by shutting down (power off) the device?
You should first close the program properly so that the save folder is written the correct way.

I close the program properly and then the device. When I am in travel, I only close the device without closing the software and when I open the device, the software is always running so I can continue to select an other destination and continue with the program.

The problem only appear when I close the software, when he write the file "history.sav"

Sorry for my answer but I was thinking it was clear.
I do excately like you write. I close the program first with the button in the menu. If I start again the program whithout closing the device, iGO start and then stop with the message "iGO has stopped".
I know than the program create and fill the file "history.sav" when I leave the program, I think the file is not normally close and could not be re-opened when he start again.
The program is on the SD card, the device is rooted and I use Doupas_v9.0h_default_24.

Your latest post is more clear about the issue. Android which version? Has the program rights to write on sd (and thus write and close the save folder)?

I use Android KitKat 4.4.2, the tablet is rooted (Root Checker say OK) but not sure if iGO as the permission to write on the SD card. I check it !
