I lost my orginal USb Charge 12 Volt Car Cabel from Garmin(Nüvi 1350). So i just bought a Zigarett USb Converter . BUt when i connect the Garmin to that it goes in the Looked mode like i connect it to my Latop...
So i cant charge it und using it during driving. do i need a orginal Cabel ??? or a special USb Converter ????

That's because you're using a usb cable that normally connects to the PC and so the unit is going to Mass Storage Mode. It's all to do with the pin outs in the cable. Just get a genuine charger, they're cheap on eBay.

Manufacturer of USB cable do not have obligation to specify type of such cables. Only one way it is immediately try cable after shopping and return if it not work properly and it have all justification with trade law. I always do it by this way!

I had the same problem with my oregon and I bought this plug: Hama for T-Mobile (Nr. 035942) and everything was fine.
