Manufacturer of USB cable do not have obligation to specify type of such cables. Only one way it is immediately try cable after shopping and return if it not work properly and it have all justification with trade law. I always do it by this way!
P.S. The most cheapest way is go to big hotel and there get bundle of unremembered USB charger. Try its and choose a working specimen. 2 dollars for it is normally price. If you be lucky this problem get off with good smile and words only...
