They don't update their maps. For example, the map of my country (Latvia) was never updated for the whole last year (maybe even more). How did I know that? The name of the map file is LATVIA_448790530 and it's size is 63,105,713 bytes - exactly the same as in October 2014 when I first time downloaded it.
