Works just fine for me with my Motorola Razr i. I did the 30 day trial with the original app and tried my real imei at first. It told me to go on and pay... Changed the last digit in the imei and voila - new trial. Now I just have to find an imei from someone who accually bought the maps I want...

Why 16-digit number? Mine has 15 digits, is it ok? So after the month I should change any number withing that code?

It has to be 16 digit. Yours is 15 digits. Just add 0 (zero) in front. Example, if yours is 35xxxxxxxxxxxxx (15 digits), just add 0 like in 035xxxxxxxxxxxxx (16 digits).
At end of every trial, just change the number to any other number (16 digits). Example, for this month use, 035xxxxxxxxxxxx1, next month use 035xxxxxxxxxxxx2, the upper month use 035xxxxxxxxxxxx3, etc.
NOTE: xxxx means any number.
