Reply With Quotei use it with wifi/data on and all ok! just when i enter the menu for maps it says "connect to wifi or data to have the upgades you want!"so it works with data on!

Now I did all this in the OP ^^ and it seems to be working fine (in a simulation) Bit basic but does what you want. Can I get it to zoom in on junctions? I cant see an option if I can. Also where is the folder stored on the SD card. Cant for the life of me find it.

Well, after such a long time I was still able to successfully install Route 66 v6.1.14.17 version, I´ve downloaded maps,voices,etc and It works as a navigator with the follow me function.The only doubt I have is how long would it last...I see no way to check the license period
gone fishing...

How does one switch to 3D mode with this proggy? Looking at 2D is nice and fast, but I would like to test out the 3D capabilities.

Just set your destination and start the navigation. Drive and the map will show in 3D

Oh I see. So no 3D in non-routing mode; but 3D looks great when routing. Thanks! Anyway to download latest North America map to PC?
