    I did everything exactly how is subscribed (before that Uninstalled my app that i have on the phone and deleted every file and folder concerning the app) and now everything works for me, but it's true the maps are very old. I have tested in my city - here are new roads that have been made 3 years ago and they are not in the maps in navigation.
