Files tested ,they'r ok
It's IE bro ,use firefox or with IE use internet download manager, you'll find it in pc section

Many Thanks. It was IE the Culprit. Fixefox did the excellent job.
Now Do i simply have to place all the files under POI folder to work ?

Please advise.
