    Default Garmin 2797 Dashboard

    Hello, how do I install new dashboard for this GPS? I downloaded several of them as .rgn files and created a "\nüvi 2797\Internal Storage\Dashboards" folder where I copied them to but I can not select them, maybe this GPS does not support this?

    2797 don't support Dashboard if i remember correct.
    On other nuvi Dashboard folder is beside folder Garmin, text, etc...

    That sucks. I found dashboard in .dshb format but it did not work either.

    Shouldn't it be possible to hack the system and change the default dashboard? After all, all (?) Garmin units use similar Linux based software.

    Tomis use Linux, Garmins have their own closed OS. Think you can convert it to dezl 560 and use the dashbords. Don't ask how and what use the search function of the forum.
