Here is TruckDown latest version (April 2013) no newer version was available for 2014.10 file is UNLOCKED. Simply copy file in POI folder

09/06/13 Update:
I just found the latest update for Truck Down 2014.20 (Garmin changed the filename to: D3838050A.gpi)
File has been unlocked with Protected Garmin file toolkit_2.0.0.4x64
