Thread: New Russian TTS3 voice Tatiana instead of Milena up to ver.220

In this part of file you can tune-up speed of pronounsing street names:
<voice_rate>70</voice_rate>
i change it in hex-editor to 80 and now Tatiana is more userfull for me

For instance in Milena this value set to 100, and IMHO it's too speedy.
I think it work for all TTS3 speech-files.

Yes, it works! And value 80 for Tatiana is more useful for me
