Russian version is more modern imho. For Russia. And there's no disorder of lon-lat for some stations which exists in the data from Neste Oil com.
But since i'm mostly interested in the gas stations in Finland (in the NW of RF i know six of them by heart and it's enough to me) - i combine the sources

In fact i've done it before posting here. The only difference is that i preferred to copy-n-paste the table to the txt-file, not source - i have some experience to transform "former tables" to csv-files by means of a text editor and converting to DBF and back.
