Thanks for sharing.
I would suggest to clean up the settings ini file from anything that points to your profiles and file/folder paths. Also make it to accept paths with spaces including the program directory itself, please.
I have .mp3 associated with POI file but the Audio Preview button is always grayed out with audio enabled.
