OK just been trying to load the speed cam file for UK, which seem to be .gpi ,
now i can access the unit as a disc drive or Garmin unit, i have tried to just drop the files in the disc drive but there are only the two folders in the pic, along with the two disc images? and no matter if i create a folder called POI , or just drop the file in on its own it doesn't show up on the maps etc.

I have also tried with the Garmi POI loader in both modes and always get the message in the other pics, please help.

If it is an unlocked .gpi file it will be seen by the unit. What file is it? Check it's not actually an encrypted .gpi with [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] or tell us what file you have.

If it's not an encrypted gpi file, or it is protected but has a valid unlock code, it should work, see above.

POI Loader doesn't work that way. It takes .csv or .gpx files and combines them with .bmp files (and sound files if reqd) to form a fully compiled .gpi file.
