Cool! Here two ideas for thinking over. You can configure the program (the voice you are creating) using a vxml file. (an xml file) All of the languages configurations are stored in folder:
\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\GARMIN\VoiceStudio\data\vxml\
I will attach all of the configurational vxmls to the post. For example you can add or remove a phrase or create a voice with a language not listed in the languages list. (like Polish, Slovak, Bulgarian etc.) Just you need to create your own vxml (or modify existing one).
You can also translate the program (add other language) by creating a txt localization file (or modify existing one) in:
\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\GARMIN\VoiceStudio\data\localization\
