Anyone with a great mind and idea will help. I am designing it over IBGE's DATA (BRAZILIAN INSTITUTE OF GEOGRAPHY AND STATISTICS) of Brazilian poor slam areas, divided by state, e.g.: Rio de janeiro, São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo etc.
Please leave your comments and remarks for this cause, it could maybe worth for tourists and anyone else safety with the right tools.

If you have the CSV file to complete you want and filter it by state, I can do myself without any problems .... even for single city if you want to
