Thread: Interrupted speedcam voices

Remark, Nuvis cannot play MP3s but only WAV files, that's why you hear the default Ding Ding and not the MP3 files.

Also maybe you're right Sjiep about the processor interruption because when I simulate a navigation indoor, it sounds perfect but when navigating outdoor, sounds are interrupted. I think this is normal till they provide another software update concerning this issue or till we get a workaround solution since it is not normal by default to get an alert sound that lasts for 6 or 7 sec for instance as it is the case in our warning wav files but logically an alert can only stand for less than 2 sec like that "Ding Ding".

That will probebly be the solution. But considering that Garmin does not provide voice files for speedcams on Nüvi's, I think it will take a long time before they change the software.
