I change TTS voice name
from
British English Emily to be British English Smile
I changed it by Hex Editor.

You need hex editor
- open voice file with hex editor
- search with the name (Emily)
- You will find as picture below , that I changed Emily --> Smile ., at the poit that say "screen name"
That's it.
It works fine after I changed the name.

Please which hex editor do you use. If I open a .vpm file with mine I only get a lot of numbers an d not the text as shown in your example like
00000080 02 00 86 03 02 00 8A 03-01 00 8E 03 02 00 90 03
