I researches a little more about these text files with other users and found here in mbrasil that with version 2.20 of the text works.
Garmin updated the text version of the 3790T to 2.40 and with it the gps no longer starts, ie, it is necessary to wait a little longer, at least in my case, that file is made available without bugs.
