Select both rar files, right click and extract. It's a multipart rar file.
You will get one TravelGuideEurope.gpi file.
Create a TravelGuideEurope.unl file and fill it with the code generated, as described in post #1.
After that, copy both files to your POI folder (in the device or in the SD card).

That's it. Now, check EXTRAS on your device and you will see Marco Polo travel guide.
