It actually is in Rapidshare for free. No need for a premium account but it helps.

Also problems if you have your internet connection though a NAT proxy and share the same public IP address with others. Only one download allowed simultaneously from a given IP address. Other users might have the same public IP as you and also download some large file from Rapidshare that blocks you from receiving a free download slot.
