Just extract the rar file and copy the whole "MobileNavigator" folder to your GPS device's SD card, set the executable to "Navi_C1.exe" (if it's not Com1, try the other executable file provided).
Remember to download the map in X8.5 format and copy to the "MobileNavigator\Maps" folder too.
