Yep I still use it.
Early 2000's I first discovered it, it came with a fleabay 7 inch onroad/offroad GPS I bought.
I also have the CE, Android and PC versions, plus the Screen Designer software for CE and Android, as well as the MapMerge software I use sometimes to make my own maps.
Do big things!
Every day.
Purchased the PC version way back in the late 90s. Much later came the Android version.
We have been full-time RV travelling for the last 12 years and a dedicated 11" Android tablet displays and records our daily travels on self converted free NZ TIF Topo50 and Topo250 mapsets.

So far 2 more experts
I also use an App called Trilobite Solutions of which is Geology based and a yearly subscription, I also use QGIS to join maps and do conversions, found Mapmerge not very good, but that was many years ago.

and one more: using it on Win-CE (motorcycle navigator) and -just for map-testing- on Windows. All maps generated by SASplanet and stitched to Tiff-image zoom-level 15 + colour conversion; harbour maps on zoom-level 18. Than Img2ozf for actual maps.
On Android smartphone AVNAV navigation with also the same SASplanet but MBtiles format generation

Our setup is not quite as sophisticated.
Canter truck based motorhome in daily use for the last 12 years.
OziExplorer has plotted our travels both here and Australia since 2003. 50k, 250k Topo and marine chart mapsets.
